created fallback placeholders for non-flash non-javascript users (must finish functionality), additional checks. contacting swfupload creators for ideas how to solve this and what files I can still leave shipped with a project (i have modified handlers.js file).

* got workaround for displaying jqm dialogs on IE properly (Tested on Windows/IE6)
* additional file upload check for errors
* replaced interface sortables with ui.sortables
* Works on

* thumb returned 0 because of invalid value so every time an image was
uploaded, thumb was set to image nid. fixed
* if image node is not created from file, it was not deleted from
system. fixed.
