Actually add files, since CVS stupidly defaults to recursive behaior or provides an option for recursive descent into subdirs for virtually all operations except the 'cvs add' command.  Grr.

new functionality:  creates a CCK Moodle Course content type, and creates new
nodes of this type and updates them as appropriate using cron and calls to
the Moodle QAPI interface.

Initial commit for 6.2 version of module.  This includes major functionality changes.  In particular, "single signon" via insecure GET args sent to Moodle for access to the Drupal database, and displaying Moodle in the Drupal site via an iframe are no longer supported.  Instead, this module begins the effort of integrating Moodle and Drupal, by allowing display of various course information on the Drupal site with links to the appropriate places on the Moodle site.  The plan is to separate single-signon authentication schemes into the moodle_sso module.  Note that OpenID can be used to provide SSO capability, and there is some alpha code at http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=116295 which provides SSO using LDAP.

Note that the integration features included in this module require the Quick API plugin for Moodle and Moodle version 1.9 or later to work!  The installation docs for this module will be updated to indicate where to obtain this code in the near future.  Drupal policy does not allow it to be stored in Drupal.org's CVS.

Minor clean-up prior to branching.  4.7 is essentially unsupported, but it gives a reasonable starting point for future work.
