Added welcome message to hook_install() explaining how to configure the module and set up permissions.

Removed support for JS files when displaying the IE Destroyer without normal content as JS is unnecessary in that display mode.

Updated README.txt with the explanation users can promote different browsers.

Fixed a minor bug in the admin panel. When using the default values there would be no selected radio button for the persistence. This has now been fixed.

Changed iedestroyer_block() to iedestroyer_view_block() to prevent collisions with hook_block(). For consistency iedestroyer_bar() has been changed to iedestroyer_view_bar().
