Update drupalladder.make, .install. Comment out anything that enables lessons... 

Update drupalladder.make, .install. Comment out anything that enables lessons or nodeaccess_userreference.

Lessons is causing problems on install.

Nodeaccess_userreference is preventing install because of over-aggressive dependency handling.
