This includes two larger changes, the first one being profiles now record the
editor library version they are compatible with. This allows for better control
when moving from one library version to another. The second change is to the
profile overview UI, which now only stores profiles temporarily until they have
been explicitly saved.

This is a backport of the D7 patch, including additional workarounds to make
AJAX/AHAH functionality usable with editors. It is now possible to add more
values to multi-value fields (CCK) and re-arrange them without the
support from additional modules.

Loading some editors in CTools' Modals may require jsalter module to
avoid their scripts from executing twice.
