Fix for a regression after commit c951efcc, noted by bojanz. In a Configure contextual filter dialog, under the "When the filter value is NOT in the URL" section, the Exceptions fieldset was no longer floated to the right of the radio button opions.  This was caused by an overriding style declaration that floated the Exceptions fieldset left and set the width to 100%.
