git-symbolic-ref outputs refs/heads/master in those cases, even if
master branch does not really exists.

This also updates the counters to reflect the change introduced by the
operation_labels_mapping synchronization option, which by defaults maps
both branches and tags commits relations.

Issue #1985426: Implement versioncontrol reposync plugin option to store tag/commit relations optionally.

With this, maybe in the next dependency rebuild for testbot we could
have dev tarball instead of last stable release.

I really hope to use testbots for development :-)

- Lets {versioncontrol_git_repositories}.default_branch to be NULL.
- Renames VersioncontrolGitRepository default_branch data member to
  defaultBranch. Also changes its visibility to public to be able to
  change it from outside (i.e. reposync plugin).
- Adds a getDefaultBranch() method to
  VersioncontrolGitRepositoryHistorySynchronizerDefault to retrieve the
  default branch from git.
- Set the default branch to database on reposync default plugin.
- Adds a note to remove VersioncontrolGitRepository::getDefaultBranch()
  in the next major version.

Gzip is more common on *nixes to be installed, so hopefully this will
help us to run on drupal.org testbot infrastructure.

This does not affect test runs when the module is enabled in th original
site, because all versioncontrol_git module functions are available.
The problem exists when tests are run on a drupal site that has modules
disabled, such as drupal.org testbot does.

Issue #1761092 follow-up: Convert the version string before copare it with version_compare() if needed.

- Use version_compare() instead of manually trying to figure out the
  comparison. Before this it works only if the version string have 4
  parts are those were one digit.
- Also use `git --version` instead of `git version` just in case.
