Updated core twitter module so it uses entity CRUD functions. Needs testing.

Now using entity_account_single() when needing to load a single entity.

Also added a fancy Views display to list tweets as per https://dev.twitter.com/terms/display-requirements

Added custom fields for Follow and other twitter actions.

Added an input format to add rel="nofollow" and target="_blank" to all links within a Tweet.

* Added protocol to all module constants defining URLs.
* Adapted twitter_mock to comply with the above.
* Reimplemented create_url() on class TwitterOAuth as it does not uses
  version number on its path (no /1/).
* Removed explicit use of http:// as it is now in the module constants.

In order to be able to change Twitter hosts when running tests, The
singleton used to store configuration has been replaced by 4 Drupal
variables which can be changed through code or the admin interface.

In addition, this helps people to use Identi.ca by just setting the right values.
