The module has been fully rewrited, adding more flexibility and allowing other modules to create their own field types.

- Correct bugs in hook_form_alter:
  - $_POST['op'] existence was not checked and may cause PHP notice
  - same pb with $form['tid']['#value'] and $form['vid']['#value']

- Remove function term_fields_check_acceptable which is no more used (@see above bug #533458)
