Went over all CSS files:

- Fixed Comments
- Solved numerous layout bugs
- Solved numerous IE related bugs
- Totaly revamped the default theme
Tpl files:
- Added some more divs for better styling to page.tpl
- Made sure theme and subtheme block.tpl are syncronized
