Fix SQL {}'s for table prefixes. Use of "{$table}" in double quoted strings...

Fix SQL {}'s for table prefixes.  Use of "{$table}" in double quoted strings did not result in {}'s in final string.  Needed to properly surround table names with {}'s to allow for table prefixes.  Resolved issue: http://drupal.org/node/75321
