Merge branch 'feature/strict' into develop

* feature/strict:
  We are calling from_cache static. So it should be static.
  Avoid ArrayToString conversion since this breaks on strict.
  PHP 5.2 does not like getting func_get_arg() as parameter.
  We were referring to the wrong indexes. Sigh.
