First attempt at a Drupal 5 conversion for the Slash theme. Also made it easier to make new styles by seperating out only the colors to style.css for the styles.

Hopefully fixed issues with Internet Explorer 6 bugs in #42615 and #73344. Moved all IE6 hacks to bottom of common.css. Removed <td>&#160;</td> in favor of css padding. Other minor changes and cleanups
