* Remove option to control ID attribute of outermost element in a view. This

  option was unreliable, interfered with template overriding, and was
  incompatible with the Theming information visible in Views UI. The correct
  place for this feature is in Views itself. The ID attribute could be an option
  in the views_plugin_display class, for example.
