Added key generation code and abstracted the configuration classes a bit more. There are now base http classes that handle the synching to remote servers.

to the services that redirect to the service's server.

Introduce a simple wrapper around drush_backend_invoke_args to run commands against specific objects.

This also handles resetting the --root and --uri so that it doesnt try to use the current environment

Removed the provision_service function, and introduce service handler subscriptions in the environment objects.

Instead of provision_service('type') you now use d()->service('type') to access the service object.
The context object returned by d() now manages which context object's service to return, based
on the internally managed subscriptions.

almost all the variables that used to be set in the platform/drushrc.php are now removed.
you need to verify your server first (done by not specifying a --root, or being in a drupal dir when you run the command).

We need to bootstrap the values from hosting somehow too...

modified the provisionConfig_drushrc to take over from the drush_save_config function entirely, so we can instance specific classes based on which templates we want to write..

this will be useful as a base for alias writing.

Committed drumm's cleanup patch that takes care of permission checks inside the config writing code,
and some other fixes to get install etc. working again

Constructing a service requires an owner alias name, which is at the moment only
@self, or the left hand alias passed in a drush command.

If properties aren't defined in the service class, when you get or set them,
they will be set on the owner's environment object.

In the backend I am using d($this->owner) to access the properties.

This gets rid of the path function, and introduces method chaining for the file service, which results in far cleaner code.

Small fix to how the site configuration is saved and also preload the $_SERVER variable during install task

Use apaches mod_env to set the database credentials in the virtualhost file, so that they are only accessible inside a specific process. the $_SERVER values are now bootstrapped in the verify site process and the config file rewritten, so that you can now safely verify a site. the $_SERVER values are stored inside the site drushrc.php so that normal drush commands will continue to operate as they would. The open_basedir directive is commented out until we can resolve issues with it.

Move provision_errors_on, provision_errors_off and the update sql logging function upstream into drush.

#408810 - site migration fails on head. This takes into account the new error logging changes in drush to solve this problem.
