Improved message text when coordinates are not updated to preserve location marker fine-tuning. Display that message as a status message rather than a warning.

Issue #1058814: If location has been fine-tuned using the map marker, do not replace coordinates on configuration unless a new address is supplied.

Cleaner syntax and code for setting block map width and height.
Add help text when setting block map width and height.
Based on patch by jaakko, with edits by babbage.

Return default block map sizes to previous default to maintain compatibility with previous default installs. Place block map size configuration above additional text box, for cleaner interface. Add "Block" to labels for block map size for clarity, and standardize capitalization of label.

Add block image width and height configuration.

Initial commit of locationmap module. Displays a single Location Map for a site using Google Maps. Location Map is the direct successor to gmaplocation module for Drupal 7.
