The zipcodes table has been changed to accomodate postal codes from all

countries.  This zipcodes.mysql file contains SQL for creating the table
as well as a query dump for U.S. postal code data into this table.
Instructions for adding data (if you have it) to this table can be found
in extending_support.txt which is in the base directory (modules/location)
for this project.
