The module is now in a generally testable structure. Legacy
tests will be remove soon. Regressions from last commit in
regards to initial logins on registration were resolved.

This removes LdapUserConf entirely which should make progress going forward
much better, easier and testable. Some regressions could be expected due to the
signifcant restructuring. It also contains significant changes to
ldap_authorization. Significant refactoring is still required there.

There is one unverified regression in group assignment in ldap_authorization
and one known issue with logins (user registration completes but the user
is not redirected properly and needs to log in once more).

The debugging page is similar to the previous one but simplifies
by just printing the actual YAML structure with added details. In
addition, leftovers from user data clearing were removed.

Includes new test cases for ldap_user and splits up cumbersome
functions into distinct pieces for better testability.

Also moves out the semaphore storage into its own class.
