Removed Skinr support and added Fusion Accelerator. Updated search results theming. Updated block divs and added missing images from previous release. Removed breadcrumb toggle as it wasn't needed.

Removed the CSS class in Views and used the generic classes variable
instead. Also moved the view modes class off of the node class and into
the article class so it can affect more.
