Packaging error messages

    ERROR: hostmaster-7.x-3.x-dev specified an invalid 'core' attribute -- the core major version must match the API version of the release.

this decouples the releases of core from aegir, the same way we do
with eldir

we also change the makefiles so that the makefile found by drupal.org
will use the tagged releases while our local makefile will use the git
releases. the trick here is that the hostmaster.make file is first
read by drush make everywhere *except* on drupal.org.

the logic here is detailed in #1468874, but basically, eldir is
updated less frequently than other modules, so it's less likely to
have frequent updates. also, splitting it out will allow the theme to
be used by non-aegir installations, and facilitate the D7 port.

... but jquery_ui.module 1.4 depends on jquery_ui 1.6

Added openidadmin to the build. It is not enabled by default though.

Modified the hostmaster.make file to no longer fetch the eldir and hosting components, as they are managed in the same repository now

trying to work out why jquery.ui is not moving into position.. i am sure i tested this and it worked

Use CVS HEAD as the source for packages while in development. releases will involve uncommenting and changing the revision lines
