Global Filter for Proximity for Geofield and Location modules.

Proximity can be entered through a mini-form prompting for Distance and city or address.
If city/address field is left empty the result of ip_geoloc_get_visitor_location() is used.
Relies on Geofield having a Contextual Filter handler plugin, e.g. [#2014345]
