- node_top and node_bottom are now special case regions: their blocks do not receive gutters, and the wrapping divs for the region do not have a grid assignment.  these changes were required with the introduction of #block-system-main into d7.
- removed .inner wrapping div from node template.  that gutter is covered by #block-system-main .inner
- Issue #1002072: restored #content-group and #content-region wrappers.  these were removed along with #content-inner and #content-content, which seemed to fix the issue, but caused new problems with fluid layouts and flexible sidebar layouts.

Issue #1092056: fixed bug where sidebar lost its constrained width when blocks were assigned via Context module

Issue #1141812: removed span tags from skinr definitions.  they aren't useful when using an administrative them like seven.  D7

Issue #715616: renaming several core css files (style.css, style-rtl.css, typography.css) to avoid unintended overrides in children themes.  these files now have a fusion- prefix in fusion-core.

Issue #1140458: remove top: 2px to correct offset with horizontal login.  patch submitted by goody815.

Issue #1013102: template suggestions for search results are generated using an array index that was renamed from "type" to "module" in D7.  old "type" index was in use, which was throwing an undefined index notice in search results.

Issue #1002072: removes unnecessary wrapping divs from page.tpl.php that causes display issues now that content is a region in D7

Correcting previous commit: borders on messages should be on top and bottom, not on left and right.  Makes it easier to read messages that go beyond the boundary of the message box, which is common with errors with filenames.

Issue #1113706: updated starter lite info file to reflect theme settings in starter standard info file

Added padding to messages block to account for the D7 icons.  Also removed hidden overflow, which is helpful for long error messages.

CSS cleanup for D7: removed styling for secondary links, views admin links, block edit hover, welcome page, admin layout overrides, content top/bottom, updated markup target for float imagefield styles
