Revert back theme_hook() for checboxes and radios to theme_hook_registry_alter() due problem https://www.drupal.org/node/2330139
Problem is: theme and distribution has same names, but after first laod theme registered as module, not theme and generate errors, then it's goes normal, but better back to alter which controls this problem.

- Use hide() instead of unset() for sidbar array.
- E-Mail template now translatable.
- theme_hook_alter() revert to theme_hook() due multiple problmes.
- Responsive menu js code was removed, cuz superfish do the same.
- Fix translation.
- Added developers option to (sub)theme. Now it have three options:
  - Rebuild Theme Registry on every page.
  - Restyle checkboxes.
  - Restyle radios.

Reworced contact page. Now it's have own template.
Some code style fixes.

- Added default page--404.tpl.php
- Added default page--403.tpl.php
- You can create your templates useing this suggestions:
  - html--403.tpl.php, page--403.tpl.php;
  - html--404.tpl.php, page--404.tpl.php.

- Reworked theme default settings. Now they stored in .info file.
- Fix bug on save settings (array_flip).

Fixes to menu. Noew Main Menu generates propertly during installation. Home link and contact now created programmatically, not features.

- Reworked page.tpl.php. Now have new region called 'content_front', for blocks. All hardoced blocks from frontpage moved here.
