- Changed $theme->links() to theme("links", $links). 

- Added page titles.  Modified version of patch 0104 by Kendow; patch updated
  for HEAD branch.

  > Modified 4.2.0 code to pass localized title text to theme header so user
  > pages have meaningful <title> element content.
