Revert "Remove alpha-stability experimental modules in preparation for 8.6.0-alpha1."

This restores the "media_library" module that is going to be marked as beta in 8.6.x. The other alpha-stability module affected by this commit ("workspace") is not ready yet and will be removed again in a following commit.
