removing certification group field.  This is now handled by https://drupal.org/project/civicrm_certify

1728532: Adding optoins to make CiviEvent non-public and non-active based on two new admin form options.

Issue #1901378: Added display settings for Register link. Including 3 new options in the admin form.

fixed another issue related to #1701760 when manually adding a title vs. using the automatically generated one.

- Change code so the the CiviCRM API can be used with 4.2 or 4.1 and this patch http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-10540
- Changed the way the body fields work to populate from template... uses "token" to tigger the update of full body and summary
- Title populated if NULL with custom "auto node title"
- Added code to get and insert price_sets on templates
- Removed custom permissions.  Using existing CiviEvent permissions instead
- Added custom color function to the type submodule
- Added public event calendar view with color legend view header to type module
- Changed URL for the Accordion View and linked to the Public Calendar View with tabs
- Added CSS for Event Registration button
- Only displaying 1 button on Teaser

changed check in presave that sets template value for body and title pattern to check for existing node->nid instead of civicrm event id so it works w/ new nodes that are linked to an existing civicrm event

fixed timezone difference, added links for registration to Drupal node, changed title and body to only sync on initial load

added manage level permission, added action links to CiviCRM Event actions, changed view names and pathes
