I don't like the term "buddy". I think of this as a contacts module. So now all the "buddy" variations are their own translations and you can translate just those terms to change buddy to contact, or friend, or ferret etc.

major update. added buddy groups. will also contribute an node access control module which uses these groups ... fixed many many bugs/ugliness, and probably introduced a few. if you are happily using buddylist now, you might wait a while until these changes get exercised by some sites ... database update required. i added a column and changed the indices. see the buddylist.mysql file

fixed bug in block which caused a warning when a user had no buddies

no longer storing buddylist in session variable. use static variable instead. we were resetting the session variable on almost every page view, so it was pointless.
