Harden asynchronous script loading

Add inline header JS for a2a_config & script loading logic
Replace first button JS with one call to async script loading function, to utilize of concurrent downloading with async
Add footer call to async script loading function, in case first button HTML+JS did not output
Reduce JS whitespace output
