* Use responsive images with blazy

* blazy: use dev version for now, since responsive_image patch doesn't apply

* responsive_image: dependency to theme bartik can't be resolved

* slick/blazy - do not set fixed height of images via javascript. This breaks fluid images. If there is an issue with slick galleries with non-resposnive images, try to use the provided css fix.
