This is a small module that lets site administrators select particular modules they wish to remain disabled. This is perfect for ensuring developer modules aren't enabled on production sites. By default it can pull in the list of developer modules generated by the Administration menu module if it's enabled, otherwise the administrator can select his/her own list of modules.
