Bug #2346585 by jdanthinne: Remove www from download link

The www in the download URL always results in a redirect to the plain
domain without www, which sometimes results in the loss of arguments
supplied within the anchor of the URL. Stripping out www by default
seems to fix this issue in some browsers.
