- Bugfix ".node ul.links" and ".comment ul.links" in order to algin right correctly. 

- Bugfix page footer with large white spacing by enabling "overflow-y:hidden".
- Update default layout as fixed width.
- Update screenshots.
- Bugfix RTL implementation.
- Reset node links without class "inline, sync with Drupal 7.x.
