BEWARE - some region names have been changed, so when updating a live site you WILL need to move the blocks into the correct regions and if this was previously done programatically, you may also need to update some code.

Initial implementation of a third column - this will go into a new release and not the 1.x branch as there have been soem region name changes too.

1. add css for allowing a chidren of the dropdown primary menu - css is not great, has many problems and also the end result looks.

2. remove .field css declarations - it is not needed and causes problems with cck theming.

move the ribbon css to a separate file, add a css override for the core aggregator module's css file as it does not fit too will with arthemia.

reduce the list item line-height back to 1.5em, add a padding-bottom of 0.5em to all list items in content.

let the css degrade gracefully for the category ribbon on IE6 - no background colours change, but the text no longer changes to white either now.

fix remaining validation problems from #488212 - remove target="_blank" and also move the footer message extension into the tamplate.php file
