$node->weight property was being shared by weight and book modules. renamed weight property $node->node_weight

also new help section and better overall access permission handling

I will update all occurences of 'README' to 'README.txt' in the conrtib CVS,
soon. I'll also rename LICENSE, CHANGELOG etc. files as soon as I get around
to it.
