remove files from HEAD. use DRUPAL-6--1 or DRUPAL-5 or better yet, use a release from http://drupal.org/project/webserver_auth

find . -name README -exec cp '{}' '{}.txt' \; -exec cvs remove -f '{}' \; -exec cvs add '{}.txt' \;

I will update all occurences of 'README' to 'README.txt' in the conrtib CVS,
soon. I'll also rename LICENSE, CHANGELOG etc. files as soon as I get around
to it.

by the coding standards, see CODING_STANDARDS.html). I also unified the
format and the location of the $Id$ tag. It starts with "//" and is placed
on the second line in all *.module files, now.

FYI - I have been using this module with great success on my intranet.

it works! this is a very simple, very useful module. in just a few lines a code we can integrate into the intranet's existing authentication scheme.
