Issue #1268466 by droplet, jessebeach: Repaired .views-display-top after changes to the Seven secondary menu unordered list styling jarred the layout. Cleaned out some crufty CSS.

Issue #1104204 by dereine and merlinofchaos: Separate preview from main UI, remove preview from pre_render so that messages will appear properly.

The dropbutton must be position absolutely so that it doesn't expand its container when it's options are revealed.

I also cleaned up the display of the pills when they wrap to a second line. These changes required overrides in Seven because of Seven's too strict reset styling.

.ctools.css had a redundant  declaration that I combined into one.

Found a superfluous style declaration in views-admin.css that was made redundant by the fix to dependent.js (5cce2f49).

Changed the left indent of .dependent-options from 1.2308em (16px) to 1.5em (19px) to match the default Seven indent size.

AN-23459 (AN-24136) - added a .dependent-options selector that indents matching form elements 18px to the right.

The styles for form-items are a little too greedy in Seven, so this selector needs to be declared in views-admin.ctools.css as well as views-admin.seven.css, otherwise Seven would set the left margin to zero.

AN-23459 (AN-23905) restyled the live preview argument textfield so that it won't be overlapped by the label for the field.

The tricky part to this was lining the description text to the left of the textfield. I did this by floating the label left, then giving the label a height sufficient to keep the description text from scooting under the floated element.

Previously this was fixed in the wrong place (it's only a Seven bug) and also only for the page display (it occurs for the block display too) and
also only before any AJAX triggers had run on the page (since AJAX changes the ID that the selector was targeting).

Now it should be fixed for real :)

Reworked the views extra actions to use standard structure classes horizontal, right,  and links rather than specific CSS.

Also genericized the CSS to .button and .button.drop scopes.

recovered the bucket action icons styles. Genericized them so that they're using object oriented classes, rather than element specific classes.

Display the buttons for adding and removing filter groups as links instead (to match the designs). This involved working around a number of
conflicts between Drupal core's AJAX system and the Views AJAX system.

Some very exciting work to integrate with CTools export.inc and partial integration with export-ui.inc.

GH-51 - adjusted line-height of labels in checkboxes and radios. moved styling of #edit-options-value to theme.css from seven.css

GH-33 - Doesn't meet new designs, but at least the form elements are all pulled out of the live preview section. I will make it look like the designs in the next commit.

AN-23291 - added styling for the drag-drop tables in the #views-ui-rearrange-filter-form. had to override a few Seven theme styles.
