AN-23249 - added indentation for form elements under the attachment checkboxes on the views add screen. had to make special concessions for IE7.

AN-23248 - adjusted the top margin of buttons that follow a button (button + button) that was causing the vertical gapping. changed heading tag of the queries/displays and preview title to h1s in order to create a well-structured document outline.

styled the 'add' and 'rearrange' buttons in the view details buckets. Cleaned up IE style discrepancies as well as a first pass.
