Subversion already says "Committed revision $x." so no need to do that twice.

The CVS backend only has this functionality as a workaround for CVS
which doesn't indicate the commit number at all (well, it's Drupal-only)
so I included it there for easier usage in issue comments or stuff.

For Subversion, this kind of hack is not necessary.
