- Added link to imagecache configuration supporting 1.x and 2.x

- #276313 Fixed issue with IE 7 invalidating png's due to the mime being image/x-png, no validating based on extension

- No image theme now accepts $node and $size params, allowing themers to change the noimage based on node type etc
- No image theme implements imagecache by default to match the preset chosen

- Removed routines no longer needed due to implementing imagecache such as node operations and creation of derivatives

- Removed default size as either an imagecache derivative will be displayed or the uc_option_noimage

- Added PNG support
- Fixed hardcoded files/ dir, now uses filesystem settings
- Fixed original sizes, they now switch properly
- Added settings for default size to display when derivatives are not available
- Disabled js switching for teasers until issues can be resolved
