Added added_by_uid field to twitter_account table in order to list
Twitter accounts added by Drupal users at the Twitter Accounts listing.
This is needed because when we pull mentions the twitter_account table
gets populated automatically with the Twitter accounts that mention it
and we do not want these to be listed in the admin interface.

Added the ability to add non-authenticated accounts.

Moved Twitter account management to the module's administration pages.

Added support to retrieve user mentions from Twitter plus a Views display to list all tweets.

Added some docblocks and removed unneeded checks related with OAuth.

Added an input format to add rel="nofollow" and target="_blank" to all links within a Tweet.

Updated Twitter Actions submodule to use API 1.1.

Updated Twitter Signin submodule to work with the 1.1 api.

Issue #1815926 by grobot, cristinawithout, juampy: Added Improve hook_twitter_status_save() to pass all tweet data.

 * In Twitter::status_update(), we do not return a TwitterStatus object unless twitter::call() was successful.
 * Update other calls to $this->call() to behave similarly.
 * In twitter_post_node_insert() we check the result of twitter_set_status() rather than using a try/catch block, because that happens at the API layer.

Issue #1814642. In some cases (eg overlong status update) we can get better information from the JSON response than from HTTP error.

Issue #1397634 improvement; if the user is authenticated then we should return them to the page where they were attempting to associate a Twitter account.

Added a command to search on Twitter.
