Backport to 6.x, with improvement; if the user is authenticated then we should return them to the page where they were attempting to associate a Twitter account.

This reverts commit 88591ad7.

Removed contextual filter in block display and recreated view.

Libraries API changes backported from 7.x-3.x.
Also backported tests and verified that they all pass.
Pending to fix a bug when posting to Twitter (Could not authenticate
    you)

Backported changes from 7.x-3.x. Most of them were to be made at
twitter.lib.php, which is going to be removed in favour of using
Libraries API.

Removed logic from old class TwitterConf.

Issue #1343474: Evaluate the use of a mock REST server to simulate communication with the Twitter API

Added mock web service and test suite that performs a dummy test using it.
Next step is to set the host to local domain and simulate calls to the
Twitter API.

This fixes a few warnings that raised when looking for a views plugin.

Issue #797592 by yngens, saccard and toleillo: Twitter module does not publish long titles on Twitter.com

Removed deceptive alert stating that message was posted to Twitter.

Rolled back patch from Drupal 7:

* Added Drupal behaviours statement.
* Changed field maxlength to 150 characters.
* Fixed wrong JQuery selector to show remaining characters while typing.
* Renamed file to twitter_post.js and moved it within twitter_post submodule.

Added permission in twitter_post module.

Replaced URL constant by a call to TwitterConf. This URL is used for rendering
Twitter searches out of #tags in the view that the module provides.

Included twitter.lib.php in twitter.module and removed file inclusions.
This is to reduce code duplication and make the singleton TwitterConf
available everywhere.

hardcoded host to use a drupal variable

Added ability to change hosts without changing module code. This will
be used on tests that simulate calls to the Twitter API.
