big rewrite to make rdf export D7-style SKOS instead of w3C thesaurus. Ended up rewriting half of D7 RDF again to make it think the same as D7. many silly RDF libraries, need to gather them together again I think.

this module business was confusing. The CORE features vocab export DOES save the module name. the taxonomy_xml settings should not. ?

Moved the helper functions for geotaxonomy into their own files, and added a hook to call helpers during export.

Repaired the javascript source selector.
Added 'file' method for providing source data. This will allow features or any module to bundle and distribute a vocab.
Moved the guts of taxonomy_xml_import_form_submit into taxonomy_xml_fetch_and_import so it can be called from code better.
Renamed 'source_selector' on the edit form to be 'protocol' for better labels in features arrays.
Renamed services 'servicename' to just 'name' so we can create named vocabs easier
CSV data is now allowed to be a super-simple one column list of term names

Added a cheat to prevent features from detecting already-imported taxa as 'overridden'.

Features supportcvs add taxonomy_xml.features.inc  Would you believe it? Almost able to import a remote vocabulary just by enabling a feature.

Added my own taxonomy_guid, as taxonomy_enhancer is unsupported, and rdf.module is a hassle to set up. RENAMED all instances of ->uri to ->guid, plus related function names. uri is a core concept in D7, and this conflicts with my usage of it. Some code style fixes. Extra support for parent terms getting children to link up to them. Testing on Library of Congress subject headings

Moved format library files. Removed much debugs, testing a load of examples, many minor tweaks. Better XML entity escaping. EXPORT now works again
