Issue #38516, make nodes in blocks optional. Introducing several options: show none, show all, show promoted, and show sticky.

Issue #70839, only show promoted. Changing defaults to be consistent--previously two different defaults were fed to the variable_get().

Rolling back changes that were made for themability, as they broke many things (block, breadcrumbs...). This may be a step backward in terms of code elegance but required for regaining functionality. Perhaps we can reintroduce working versions of the previous changes.

It also introduces fully themable vocabulary pages for taxonomy/vocabulary/[vid]/[edit]

Since this is another largish patch, I'm committing directly instead of submitting it on the issue.

It obsoletes taxonomy_context_show_children and taxonomy_context_show_nodes and replaces them by themable functions. The recursion in taxonomy_context_show_children has been removed from the themable function.

taxonomy_context_show_term and taxonomy_context_show_subterms are next on the list for conversion to themable functions.

This is not a definitive function, but it should provide a basis for testing and applying interim patched for other issues.

Partial update to 4.7, patch from leafish_paul.  Needs further work (changes since this patch, etc.).

Added support for vocabulary page display at taxonomy/vocabular/vid where vid is id of vocabulary.  Added option for inline display of taxonomy terms for nodes, configurable in content type configuration pages.

Applied patch to issue #20102, supplied by drupal.org user darius.  Also moved selection of node types to be breadcrumbed to configuration option.

I will update all occurences of 'README' to 'README.txt' in the conrtib CVS,
soon. I'll also rename LICENSE, CHANGELOG etc. files as soon as I get around
