I will update all occurences of 'README' to 'README.txt' in the conrtib CVS,
soon. I'll also rename LICENSE, CHANGELOG etc. files as soon as I get around

Removed script tag which includes the removed image.js file.

Button rollovers are now done with css instead of javascript, so
image.js became obsolete.

Update module to work with Drupal HEAD
There are a number of changes, the code is rewritten in many places and
reorganized. There are some new features too. These are all described in

Merged branch changes into head, mainly for use of static variables to avoid unnecessary database queries.

Fixed minor issues relating to top navigation button display.  Remaining display issue in IE6 (unwanted line below buttons apparently caused by repeating of background image).
