* support HTML lists using the same style plugin. 

* remove trailing spaces.
* rename style plugin from 'Semantic Views : Unformatted' to 'Semantic Views.'
* force default 'div' elements for fields in the row style.
* add inline comments to style plugin option_definition and option_form methods.
