hosting-resume doesn't exist in pre 1.0-rc4, so this fails during upgrades

this respects the existing convention that hostmaster commands are part of provision, while hosting are in hosting

try to fix upgrade path from <=0.4-alpha8 by fixing the weight on the hosting module before running the upgrade

#1047922 introduce more compatibility with drush 4, to avoid breaking files table updating on migrate/clone, and possibly issues with upgrading aegir when using nginx

this way if the user gives ../hostmaster-0.4-alpha9 as a path for the
target platform (my first reaction), this will still work

Hostmaster install and migrate now makes use of the makefile flag to fetch the profile, so hostmaster-make cmd goes away.

Replace the @server_localhost with @server_master, which now has the ability to have a remote_host other than localhost.

the configuration based on the properties of their owner.

Get rid of the publish_path variable , which is replaced now by $this->root/d()->root;

work on some of the context stuff in provision_drupal.

more precisely: we resolve the publish_path so it's not relative, using
realpath()

without this, relative would end up in the apache config, breaking
vhosts

The hostmaster platform will be automatically downloaded by hostmaster migrate if the target platform does not exist yet

Rename the park/unpark commands to pause/resume, due to incorrect validation in the hosting park component in 0.4 alpha 2 which would cause all migrations to fail

add publish_path to the list of variables that need to be overridden, and use a more sensible rollback mechanism.
