fix regression introduced in 4bbd969b

this was working only through the frontend because the server
verification was triggering verification for all platforms on the
server, which would only then create the missing configuration file.

now we generate the include file within the server context, where we
should.

Without this setting there is fatal error on a fresh install on Debian Wheezy (default 32 is far too low value):

nginx: [emerg] could not build the server_names_hash, you should increase server_names_hash_bucket_size: 32
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

Nginx: Include fastcgi_param instead of fastcgi.conf and override fastcgi_param values where needed.

we just need to send the redirection of aliases to the right url - the
other rewrites are the SSL redirections and we don't care about the
target there, as SSL should take care of that.

To enable basic config:

$ touch /etc/nginx/basic_nginx.conf
$ su -s /bin/bash - aegir -c "drush @hostmaster hosting-task @server_master verify --force -d"

To enable extended config:

$ rm -f /etc/nginx/basic_nginx.conf
$ su -s /bin/bash - aegir -c "drush @hostmaster hosting-task @server_master verify --force -d"

Note that only basic->extended switch is safe, while extended->basic switch will break sites config, until all vhosts will be re-verified to use correct include and match updated main, bare bones config. A simple workaround would be to replace the included config file with:

$ cd /var/aegir/config/includes/
$ cp -af nginx_simple_include.conf nginx_advanced_include.conf
$ service nginx reload

Nginx: Basic/Advanced config switch with /etc/nginx/basic_nginx_config.conf control file now works properly on server verify.
