Also, switch to wildcard listen directive (TLS SNI) on BOA(unfork).

We need $request_uri? and not just $request_uri in rediercts, or duplicate $args may break things.

It is important to use $request_uri, because it allows you to send HTTPS redirect with original URI (and $args, if you skip "?"), while $uri can be potentially modified, even theoretically, because it is $request_uri after internal rewrites, if present in the configuration.

The $db_port can be empty if weird things happen to context on the fly, because it is a server and not site specific variable, thus $this->server->db_port should be used directly here.

Issue #2259461 by Liam McDermott - Remove too aggressive limit_conn directive in the Nginx config templates.

Nginx: Include fastcgi_param instead of fastcgi.conf and override fastcgi_param values where needed.

Use higher values for limit_conn in Nginx to avoid issues when there are many files included in the page and to better support advagg module.
