Refactored the javascript to poll newer messages. It very often gave an error as it did not find the most recent activity item.

Fixed a grouping bug. grouped messages did not go through the normal message build anymore

Changed heartbeat example to hold less custom functionality and implementations only. In the demo site heartbeat.menhireffect.be is a custom download available as well that holds the demo site's functionality and extensions on heartbeat and display suite
