[#2429601] Removed a lot of deprecated project taxonomy Views integration:

- Ripped out a bunch handlers and plugins we don't need.
- Removed helper functions and other support code touching project types.
- Fixed the project_overview view to sort of work again.
- Completely removed the project_types view (for now).
